How We Do It
Products are shipped out within 1-3 business days. If you are experiencing issues with your product arrival please contact us and provide order details and we will do our best to assist you.
Our Return Policy

Thanks for shopping at Shalom Anointed, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
For returns: Please provide item with original packaging, receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we received your returned item. We will promptly notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a full refund. You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of your returned item (shipping cost is nonrefundable).
For exchanges and store credit: Exchanges will only take place if there is an issue with the item, i.e wrong size, or item arrived damaged (store credit or refund will be provided for damaged goods, etc.) Proof of damaged goods must be provided through photos. Photos can be sent via email or text. In addition the same process noted above for returns will be followed for exchanges.
Please follow all instructions provided with packaging as we are not liable or responsible for any accidents or miss-use of products that take place post your purchase with us. By purchasing with us you have agreed to all of our terms and conditions set fourth herein.
